Adele has shown off her staggering three stone weight loss in a sexy throwback snap from a trip to Las Vegas.
The pop superstar, 32, is seen looking slender in a tight black mini-dress in a picture that was shared by Aaron Paul’s wife Lauren.
In the picture, she’s seen posing in a Las Vegas hotel room on a “sleepover” with a group of friends, including pal Lauren Paul.
Lauren wrote: “Happy birthday angel babe @adele. You came into my life a few months before I had Story [son], and you quickly became one of the most important figures in my journey as a new mother.
“You have taught me so much. You glow because your heart is full. I’m so proud of the human you are. Wish we were reliving this Vegas sleepover.”
Also in the picture is reality star Nicole Richie and wellness guru Jedidiah Jenkins.
Lauren also shared a picture of the pair sitting in a convertible car, writing: “You’re such a good friend”.
She shared the messages to celebrate Adele’s 32nd birthday yesterday.
The star herself added a picture to her own page, showing off her incredible new figure after losing three stone.
Adele is said to have given herself a total makeover following the breakdown of her marriage to Simon Konecki last year.
A source told PEOPLE : “She got to the point where she didn’t feel great. She knew she had to change something, because she wants to be the healthiest mom possible.
“Her whole focus during the weight loss journey has really how been all about how she can be healthier and how can she treat her body better.
“It was never about losing weight. Her weight loss happened because she has cut down drinking and is eating more real food. But she now loves her physical transformation too. She is more confident, dresses differently and she just seems happier overall.”
Adele’s healthy new lifestyle is said to include regular exercise and a strict diet, and her new body is said to have given her a major a confident boost.
A source told Hollywood life: “Adele feels sexier than ever and she’s so happy to be going into the new year looking and feeling great.”
