While it’s imperative to keep a foot on the gas and not lose sight of all the work that’s left to be done, pausing to process can help you find the strength to keep going.
“People are hungry for information they can take on the go and implement right away,” psychotherapist Meghan Watson, who posts as @thrive_withmeg, tells Bustle.
