The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Health District reported Sunday the area’s 60th case of COVID-19.
The patient is in their 40s and is at home in isolation recovering. The case is community spread.
This marks the 13th case of COVID-19 in patients in their 40s – the age group with the highest number of cases in the area.
There are currently 42 COVID-positive patients at home recovering, 13 deemed recovered and two deaths. No COVID patients are in the hospital at this time.
