ROCKFORD — OSF HealthCare’s Health Management Resources program recently earned U.S. News & World Report’s No. 1 Best Fast Weight-Loss Diet in its Best Diets Rankings for the sixth year in a row.
The meal replacement diet can be followed at home or under medical supervision in a clinic. Under HMR, dieters can choose low-calorie shakes, soups, nutrition bars and multi-grain cereal. The HMR diet also provides a quick-start option and convenient meals for members.
The specialized diet is offered at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria and OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
