Adele’s secret recipe to her incredible seven stone weight loss has been down to her workout routine and signing up to a food delivery service adored by fellow A List stars.
The 32-year-old chart topper blew fans away when she revealed the result son her incredible body transformation earlier this year when she appeared on a beach in the Caribbean and later wowed in a little black dress on her birthday.
And while the star has previously spoken about swapping tears for sweat as she dedicated herself to gym workouts, it has now been revealed that she also signed up to bespoke US meal delivery plan Freshology.
The service offers low-calorie three course meals which are dropped off at the door – and have been endorsed by stars including Modern Family star Sofia Vergara and fellow singer Pink.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Adele was keen to lose weight and decided to use a meal delivery service after being recommended them by Katy Perry, who was a big fan before she fell pregnant.
“Adele made it clear she doesn’t want to feel deprived and loves wholesome, good food, so she chose the balanced calorie-controlled menu which delivers three meals a day and doesn’t cut out any food groups but sticks to around 1,700 calories.
“Adele’s never been a huge fan of cooking and this plan is the perfect way to maintain her hard work in the gym.”
Freshology plans cost from $9.99 (£8.10) per delivery – but is so far only available in the USA.
Adele’s weight-loss has also been credited with personal trainer workouts – and also as a response to the breakdown of her marriage to philanthropist businessman Simon Konecki, whom she divorced last year after a three-year-marriage.
Earlier this month, a source said Adele was happy being single.
A source claimed: “right now, her focus is on being a mum and on her music.”
They also added that despite the break-up of his parents, Angelo – who Adele shares with Simon – is “happy and well-adjusted.”
The source added: “They truly put their son first; it’s really admirable how civilised they are.”
